As a digital service provider, no physical shipping is involved in our business transactions. However, this Shipping Policy outlines how and when your services will be delivered.
1. Service Delivery Method
- All services and deliverables (e.g., website files, design mockups, source code, login credentials) are delivered electronically via:

- Secure cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
- Client dashboard or project management platform (e.g., Trello, Notion, ClickUp)
2. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines are based on the project scope and agreement terms.
- Typical delivery timeframes:
- Static websites: 5–7 business days
- Dynamic/Custom websites: 10–25 business days
- E-commerce websites: 15–30 business days
- Any changes in the timeline will be communicated in advance through official channels.
3. Project Milestones & Partial Deliveries
- Larger projects are delivered in milestones as per the mutually agreed project plan.
- Clients will receive periodic updates and review links before final delivery.
4. Email Notifications
- You will receive notifications at every major step, including:
- Project initiation
- Phase completion
- Final delivery
- Credentials handover
5. Delivery Confirmation
- Upon final delivery, the client is requested to acknowledge receipt and request any revisions within the timeline stated in the agreement (usually 7 days).
6. No Physical Shipping
- We do not ship physical products. Any mention of “shipping” or “delivery” on invoices or communication refers strictly to digital delivery.
7. Support After Delivery
- Post-delivery support is available for up to 90 days depending on the package chosen.
- Support includes minor bug fixes, assistance with hosting setup, and website training.
